Providing statutory & supervisory bodies

Trust Management comprises the providing of a background for the primary company’s operations, including the providing of statutory and supervisory bodies.

A statutory body acts on behalf of a company in accordance with the local legal regulations and on the basis of written instructions from the client.
Our clients are fully informed well in advance about any significant steps to be taken by the statutory representative. The services provided by the ASB representatives are supported by managerial services agreements concluded between ASB and the client.

According to local law, we provide the following people from the ASB team:

• statutory body: The Executive / Member of the Board of Directors / Head of the Branch
• supervisory body: Member of the Supervisory Board
