Ready Made Companies

The purchase of a "ready-made" (shelf) company enables our clients to enter a market within a matter of days. The shelf company will have been completely registered in the Commercial Register and will fulfill all legal requirements for doing business.

Common uses of ready-made companies are:

  • Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to purchase real estate or to acquire another company
  • Limited Liability Company dispose to enter the local markets and to apply in these countries for a specific trade license or certification
  • We can also make any changes in relation to the shelf companies, if necessary (change of name, change of registered address, etc.)
