We are a Czech consulting company operating in several key countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
ASB was established in 1997 as a purely Czech company. Initially, we
provided services in the finance and organizational-consultancy areas
mostly to Czech clients.
The breaking year for our company was 2002, when the ASB team
was reinforced by professionals experienced in foreign investment
issues. In this year, we created a new portfolio of products, based on
consultancy for start-ups, providing shelf companies and ”know-how” in
administration and management of companies, which has become a crucial
point of our services. First of all, we started focusing on providing
professional consulting services to foreign investors.
In the following year, our internal accounting team was set up
and by its scope it added a whole potential of complex management of
companies and foreign investors' projects in the Czech Republic. The
target was to create a complex of services that make the entry of
foreign investors in the Czech market easier, without the neccessity of
establishing an office or to search for more providers, in order to
ensure the diverse administrative, managerial and accounting parts of
their projects.
Together with a development of our knowledge by solving different types
of investment projects, our client base and a our team also grew within
a few years. In 2006 we decided to take advantage of our unique know-how and reacted to the demand of our clients by expanding ASB abroad. Our first foreign office was established in Slovakia in 2006. On April 1st 2008, another branch was opened in Warsaw, Poland.
By expanding to other CEE countries, we always pay close attention to
the continuous growth of quality, the scope of our services and, above
all, the satisfaction of our present and future clients.
